From the outset, the company committed to developing its expertise in this field by adopting advanced design programs such as SolidWorks. The team achieved the highest certifications available, enhancing the company’s proficiency and excellence in CNC machine operation and programming.

With determination and vision, Experts established the first specialized plant in Egypt and Africa for producing aluminum extrusion dies. The plant garnered significant interest in the local market, and the company successfully signed contracts to supply 50 different dies in partnership with four aluminum extrusion plants.

Experts expanded its partnerships to include ten companies and committed to producing 150 dies per month, meeting diverse industrial needs and supporting the continuous growth of its operations.

Experts introduced the first vacuum heat-treatment unit to harden dies according to European standards. This advancement significantly improved die quality and elevated efficiency to global standards.

Experts extended its reach to regional markets, exporting to Jordan, Libya, and Saudi Arabia. With increasing demand locally and regionally, the company raised its production capacity to 300 dies per month, meeting the needs of both domestic and international markets.
